The Assessment Division, under the Finance Department, is responsible for the City's real estate, tangible property and motor vehicle tax assessment.  This division maintains the City's database on pricing for real estate, tangible property and motor vehicles. 

The Assessor is located on the second floor of City Hall, Room 202.

The City of East Providence Assessor’s Office is auditing our records for the Homestead Exemption. In order to maintain your exemption you must return the signed and notarized statement below no later than December 15, 2012.
