The Personnel Hearing Board consists of three members appointed by the City Council. The mission of the Personnel Hearing Board is to represent the public interest in the improvement of personnel administration in the City service and to certify all employment and promotional lists to the appointing authority.  There is no set meeting schedule. The meetings are scheduled on an as needed basis during the year.
