Inasmuch as no matter may be considered at any meeting that is not specifically on the docket without the unanimous consent of the City Council, it is requested that 11 copies (original and 10 copies) of any reports or communications be in this office no later than noon on THURSDAY prior to the City Council meeting on Tuesday.
